Mandy Matthys, MA, LMHC
There are seasons in life when an understanding and empathetic hand may be desired to help make circumstances more enjoyable and manageable. When I encounter a client in a place of pain or struggle, I am genuinely concerned about their well-being and I desire to help them develop tools to navigate their difficult issues and realities. My objective is to work together with my clients, collaboratively establishing goals that aim to foster new insights and ways of thinking. Together we will discover ways to manage emotions and adopt new habits. Throughout my time with a client, my hope is that healing, freedom, resiliency, and newfound joy will be discovered.
