I am blessed to walk alongside each client that I have the privilege to serve. My desire is to help individuals discover their true identity and find hope and purpose in every circumstance that life brings. I strive to create a safe space and strong therapeutic relationship in order to allow growth and healing to happen. I have over 20 years of experience working in the mental health field in a variety of settings. In addition, I have personal experience managing and coping with anxiety and depression. I truly care about each client that I work with and look forward to walking with you on your journey.
