Beth Wheeler Bird, T-LMHC

I approach each counseling relationship from a creative, compassionate, and holistic perspective, believing that each client is worthy of the opportunity to find healing, freedom, and growth in their personal, relational, and spiritual lives. I believe that each person’s emotional, physical, and spiritual health are intrinsically connected, and I am passionate about joining with clients on their individual journeys towards healing and thriving. I specialize in working with adolescents and young women, and I practice from a Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT) and mindfulness-based (MBCT) clinical perspective.

Therefore, strengthen your tired hands and weakened knees, and make straight paths for your feet so that what is lame may not be dislocated but healed instead.
