Beth Wheeler Bird, T-LMHC

I approach each counseling relationship from a creative, compassionate, and holistic perspective, believing that each client is worthy of the opportunity to find healing, freedom, and growth in their personal, relational, and spiritual lives. I believe that each person’s emotional, physical, and spiritual health are intrinsically connected, and I am passionate about joining with clients on their individual journeys towards healing and thriving. I specialize in working with adolescents and young women, and I practice from a Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT) and mindfulness-based (MBCT) clinical perspective.
