Annette Maier, t-LMHC
As a counselor my primary goals are to build a safe and strong therapeutic relationship, to learn your unique story and needs, and create an environment for collaboration, learning, growth, and healing to happen. This means that the counseling process is tailored to meet each client’s individual needs. Together, we will aim to gain new perspective and ways of thinking, explore ways to cope with and manage emotions, and implement new habits.
Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
